I write weekly blog posts for a luxury real estate company in Scottsdale that bring in a tremendous amount of website traffic. I choose each topic based on the most-searched key phrases (I use Moz, Google Ads and a handful of other SEO tools to zero in on important terms) as well as provide local content. The posts are designed to do two things: establish the company as the premier local experts and generate leads.
Many of the posts I’ve done for this client have earned the coveted Featured Snippet in Google’s search results.
Each post includes a custom graphic, which I create using royalty-free stock photos and editing software.
